If you’re interested in a puppy, use the Contact Form on our website or email us directly to inquire about the specific puppy you’re interested in. Be sure to include the puppy’s name and any questions you may have.
Quick Response Time
An agent will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours to confirm the puppy’s availability. You can then choose to:
- Reserve the puppy for up to 7 days (if you’re planning to purchase at a later date).
- Proceed with the purchase immediately, and we’ll provide you with an invoice and health guarantee.
Payment Details
Full payment is required to finalize your order. This ensures that we have enough time (at least 2 business days) to process all necessary paperwork, conduct a final health check, and prepare your puppy for travel.
Health and Documentation
Before your puppy departs, they will:
- Undergo a thorough health check by a licensed veterinarian.
- Be updated on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped.
- Have all required documents prepared, including a vaccination record, health certificate, and pedigree papers.
Flight Booking
We schedule flights for Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. You can choose the day that works best for you. Once the flight is booked, we will provide you with all necessary details, including:
- Flight number
- Departure and arrival times
- Pickup instructions and details
Pickup or Delivery Options
You can choose from the following options for receiving your puppy:
- Airport Pickup: Pick up your puppy at the designated airport. Please ensure you bring a valid ID (driver’s license or passport) for verification.
- Home Delivery: Have your puppy delivered to your doorstep (additional shipping fees may apply).
Arrival and Settling In
Upon arrival:
- Email us to confirm that your puppy has safely arrived.
- Take your puppy to your veterinarian for a routine health check within 48 hours.
Care Tips for Transition:
- Start by giving your puppy bottled water and gradually transition to tap water.
- Feed your puppy the same brand of food they were used to (a starter package is included to help with this transition).
Follow-Up Call
Our team will contact you within 24 hours of your puppy’s arrival to ensure everything is going smoothly and to answer any questions you might have.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping is FREE if coupons are available. Otherwise, standard shipping costs will apply (approximately $150).
- Documents Delivery: Pedigree, vaccination booklet, and health guarantee documents will be mailed to you within 2-4 weeks after your puppy’s arrival.
